Date/Time. By default, the date and time are based on UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). So, you should subtract 6 hours (or 7 hours in the summer) to determine the local time in Iowa (for example). Or, if you signup for a Trailguru account, you can go to Preferences and click on the Time tab. Then set your Offset by clicking on the Fill-in from browser. Or, enter your time zone relative to UTC. For example, Eastern Standard Time US is UTC -05:00 (or -06:00 in Summers).
